• Company / care home name (optional)

This data is stored securely in our database and used solely to respond to your enquiry.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Provide a quote or website preview
• Communicate about our services if you become a client

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

Cookies

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may set essential cookies for security and performance (e.g. __cflb). We do not use analytics cookies or tracking pixels.

Data Storage & Retention

Contact form submissions are stored in a secure, encrypted database hosted by Supabase (EU servers). We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months after your last interaction, after which it is deleted.
