Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 February 2025

1. Service Description

CareRadar provides done-for-you website design, development, and hosting services for UK care homes. We research your care home, write your content, and build a professional website on your behalf.

2. Pricing

Setup fee: £997 (one-time) — covers custom design, written content, mobile optimisation, SEO setup, contact forms, and launch support.

Monthly hosting: £49/month — covers hosting, SSL, security monitoring, uptime checks, software updates, and up to two content changes per month.

Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for new clients with 30 days' notice.

3. Payment Terms

The setup fee is due upon approval of your website preview. Monthly hosting is billed on the same date each month. We accept bank transfer and card payments.

4. Our “No Risk” Promise

We build your website before asking for payment. If you are not satisfied with the preview and do not wish to proceed after reasonable revisions, you owe nothing.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly hosting at any time with no cancellation fee or notice period. Upon cancellation, your website will go offline within 30 days. All content and files remain yours and can be exported on request.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the setup fee, you own the website content and design we created for you. We retain the right to use screenshots and descriptions of the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Stock imagery used in your website is licensed for your site only and may not be redistributed separately.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback on previews, ensure any information you provide is accurate, and not use the website for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

CareRadar's total liability under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, enquiry volumes, or business outcomes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
